Contribuer aux commentairesFood is good. You get what you pay for. Great value on wine. However, terrible service. Not a smile, barely answering us. Frequently hard to contact regardsless of a seemingly heavily staffed half full restaurant. They did not bother to take away the empty glasses etc until we left and we were without water from the end of our starter until we left. Overall, really good food. Not returning due to the poor service. Nota bene, the service failure is not due to a language barrier (1/3 in our table was Italian). We were put at a table secluded from all the other guest in the restaurant. I don’t know if they see this as a compliment or a punishment, but I wouldn’t mind being asked weather or not I want to sit all by myself…
The food was beautiful to look at and well seasoned but the portions were a little too small for the price. You can eat well here but be prepared to spend a lot to leave satisfied.
Head Chef and the staffs, especially the girl who serve our table, work together to create a warm and hospitable atmosphere. We had the pleasure of head Chef sharing a delicate shaving of fresh white truffle for the truffle dish.
Ad Alba con un gruppo di amici siamo venuti nel ristorante preferito di due di loro che sono della zona. Ed è stata un’ottima scelta: piatti mediterranei insieme a piatti piemontesi, suggestioni e materie prime di altissima qualità. Il pesce ha un ruolo preponderante ma anche i piatti di terra sono notevoli. Attenzione solo alla sapidità, in alcuni casi mi è sembrata eccessiva. Ambiente molto raffinato, grande gentilezza del personale.
