Blue Moon Ice Cream Yogurt - Albany

The ice was disappointing. It was quite bland and didn't taste good at all. While I didn’t encounter the melting issue that others mentioned, the ice cubes simply lacked flavor. I also ordered a milkshake, which unfortunately turned out to be very unremarkable and had a watery consistency. When I opened the lid, there was an unpleasant smell, almost as if it were spoiled, and I ended up throwing it away after just a few sips.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. At 5:53 PM, my friend, four other kids (all of us people of color), and I were waiting at the register. There were three workers behind the counter (all white) who seemed to be cleaning. We stood there for five minutes, and no one informed us that they were closed. When I started to leave, I noticed a white couple with their child approaching the register. I decided to stay and see what would happen. One of the workers came out from behind the counter to assist them and complete their transaction. My friend then went back to inquire about what was happening, and the boy who was on the ladder told us that they were closed and couldn’t help anyone. Meanwhile, I observed that the worker was assisting the white couple. It was clear what had just happened to us, and I feel compelled to report this experience to higher authorities.

There were no sugar-free options, and very few items with low or no sugar added. In today’s world, it's important to cater to a wider range of customers.

My daughter and I went here to try and see how it was and melted the ice as soon as she got it and had ice in it. I've got the caramel popcorn and to my surprise it was stale. Together with this we have the hot dog, nachos and Fritten, again it was bad. Nachos were sung in Nacho cheese, the hotdog was very cold, and the frits I would have bought literally from WALMART. The only good thing was that the well drinks. My daughter and I are not just disappointed that we don't come back.

My husband and I went here for an anniversary treat and was sadly disappointed. The ice cream was runny and melting as soon as it was scooped, it tasted frostbitten and the waffle cone was stale! The young lady was less than enthusiastic to provide service and could barely be understood. Homerun Foods, a gas station; serves better ice cream than this establishment.
