The selection of fresh toppings for the yogurt was quite limited, and while I understand not being allowed to scoop our own toppings, the metal cover made it impossible to see what was available. We had to rely solely on an employee to choose what was “freshest.” I wish there was a better way to request the amount of toppings we wanted. I wanted a few pieces of brownie and cheesecake, but instead, my cup ended up overflowing with them to the point where the yogurt was barely visible, and the toppings spilled over. While some might find that appealing, I personally did not. In the end, three yogurt cups cost us over $35, which we unfortunately ended up tossing in the trash after leaving due to our disappointment in both the flavors and the toppings.

I went today at 7:40 PM, and they close at 8:00. The hot chocolate and hot caramel were already out of the warmer, there were no almonds, and they were out of the new flavor. I was very disappointed!

I recently discovered Freeze, and it was incredible! The variety of flavors is outstanding, with over 40 toppings to choose from—yes, 40! As someone who is lactose intolerant, I was worried I might get sick, but to my delight, I didn't have any issues at all. I highly recommend this place!
