SUBWAY - Albany

Just tried to go there after a three hour drive home and the door is LOCKED at 8:48pm. While I know it's close to closing time, my sandwich would've taken all of THREE MINUTES to make. Thanks for nothing!

Extremy stingy with the vegetables on my subs. I think the employer counted the pieces if lettuce he put on the subs and the number of pickles. Does not take any coupons. No value at this Subway.

Food was normal Subway and good. Customer service was not so hot. I realize their jobs require listening attentively but when I have to repeat 3 separate things on the order.....

Everytime I come here, something is wrong with my sandwich. No mayonnaise, means no mayonnaise. The staff aren't rude, it malicious, they don't seem to understand much English. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
