Cava Potomac Yard - Alexandria

Excellent food!!! Fresh ingredients, very clean kitchen and flawless workflow/prepping process. Staff is super friendly and they answer everything you can ask. The pizza combinations are amazing, and everything is very affordable. One of my favorite chain restaurants, would definitely love to find them abroad someday.

Horrible customer service, I really don't understand what has happened to this anymore... What happened to being polite, kind and respectful. I guess my expectations are just too high...
