This location always finds a way to get worse! Over 45 minutes to get to the box to place an order then the employee is rude as hell! There is no reason to struggle this much! I should’ve went to Beacon Mall. They get busy, but they’re at least kind. I’m going to keep driving past this location!
This is the best starbucks. Employees are very friendly, even when they're always swamped. The quality of food and drink are great, and if you don't like it you can politely ask for a swap and they are sure to make the moment right. With plenty of regulars coming through the doors the ambience is great and definitly third-place like. Again this is the busiest starbucks in the area so there will be a bit of a wait time, but the employees do the best they can, and a smile will make their day.
I pop into this location from time to time to grab a coffee and catch up on some work. The staff is always very friendly and helpful
Went through the drive thru today for some drinks and some bakery items. It was raining and I had my window half way down but apparently the cashier could not hear me and was very rude. They kept asking me to roll my window down and I replied that I will speak louder. This angered the clerk and they had attitude from there on out. Once my order was complete I pulled up to pay with cash and I was told they do not take cash and can not break my bill. I paid with card and when my bakery items were given to me, they weren’t warmed up. The drinks were terrible! I ordered a latte with Soy milk for my daughter and they failed to prepare it correctly. My daughter got sick due to this. By far the worst customer service and both clerks were disrespectful. This Starbucks is terrible.
