Starbucks - Alexandria

My husband adores this Starbucks more than any other in our area. He is very particular about his drinks and this Starbucks always gets his order perfect. We are grateful to the employees for consistently making his coffee just the way he likes it, otherwise he would be in a bad mood without it. Thank you! ☕️

For customers who collect Starbucks points, please be aware that this restaurant does not scan or redeem them. My overall experience was very poor with a male worker with short, brown hair who took my order. He was rude in informing me that they do not accept points and was also rude while taking my order. However, the girl with red hair who made my drink was very sweet, and the frappè she made was amazing.

If i could give this place a zero I would. They couldn't make my drink right twice i finally said naw just give me my refund back. Ive never been to a Starbucks where they can't get my order right. Sad. My hubby's drink was watery. While I was down visiting there I didn't have any good coffee because Starbucks is the place I go to all the time and usually 5 different ones and they don't mess up

When I have gone there the service was Good. I try to make my coffee drinks at home. Cheaper. But I like Starbucks ????

When I got there I was not greeted with a smile. She barely talked to me. She didn't let me know my drink was ready. I customer told me. Another worker did ask me if I wanted her to make me another one. I said no and left when I got my croissant. The girl had short purple hair (in case management is going to do something). She should not have a customer service job. Zero stars
