They closed before I could get my food I was paying for. Bad customer service and they don't answer the phone and act like my order never got ordered. I ordered a thin crust pizza and usually have no issues, the pizza usually comes out great. However, today the thin crust was very soft and bendy, almost appearing raw. I called for a replacement and was told it should be crispy now because they left it on the bottom rack in the warmer. When I got home with the replacement, it was still the same. When I called again, I was told that it was impossible for the thin crust to be undercooked because it is pre-made and the sauce and grease are what make it soggy. This was not mentioned the first time I called. I have ordered from here many times before and it was never this soggy. The woman I spoke to was rude and did not offer to replace or refund my money. The staff is friendly and the food is amazing! We ordered takeout for lunch and each person's meal cost between $1 and $10. The food received a rating of 5 out of 5, as did the service. Highly recommend trying the Pepperoni Pizza and Crazy Bread.
