The workers at the location will have the doors locked and avoid phone calls, or if you manage to get in contact with a employee they will tell you they?re not taking orders today or they no longer have food here.
Multiple times that I have ordered delivery the order is in complete than when you call them they expect you to pick it up the purpose of delivery is for the food to be delivered to your home requested a refund which none of the employees know how to do the refund process than they take your information and you have to wait until their manager call you which I have not received a phone call so I now have to call them again to request a refund which is very disappointing and the portions were small before they're even smaller now very poor customer service both times I called the person who picked up had a an attitude when answering the phone. I will no longer order from them. Not worth it they don't even apologize for missing items... Smh
I was very disappointed after a friend and I stopped by to eat here. The food was underwhelming to say the least. Too much sauce on the Carver sandwich that I got. Potatoes were a little underdone and a bit rubbery with not much flavor. It took forever to get served. I do give credit to some of the staff trying to make it work with what looked like a limited staff, however it was clear that they were frazzled and they looked it and made sure you knew they were frazzled. Very unprofessional. Also, the men's bathrooms was surprisingly disgusting-urinal was broken and I do not think the toilet had been cleaned in a few weeks. Please get it together management!
The food was great. Only problem was the drive thru Guy was smoking a cigarette and came back in and didn't change his gloves. Then touched the food and then money. Not once did he put new gloves on. Then went back out and finished the cigarette he started earlier.
Buyer beware. Ordered a delivery and didn?t have what was on the web. They call me back to reorder and I did. They cancelled the first and told me I would get a refund in 2-3 days. It is now 6 weeks and after numerous calls locally and to corporate I have not received this refund for this rather large family order. Manager won?t come to the phone and corporate doesn?t answer. Don?t waste your money on delivery.
