Billy was right in the kitchen, skillfully preparing the delicious food! Although it's a small place, the staff has big hearts. During our breakfast, I paid it forward to a young mother with a toddler, and we received the same kindness from a father of two. It truly felt special. This hometown eatery offers more than just food; it provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere that shone brightly that morning. The experience was a reminder of how wonderful the community can be!
Phenomenal service! Came in starving and in desperate need of caffeine after a red eye flight from SF. Our waitress was amazing. Had I gotten any sleep on the flight I?d remember her name. But she was awesome. Kept my tea filled. Took our order quickly. Food was good too. I miss rye bread.
What a hidden gem! On our second day of being married and feeling adventurous, we discovered this wonderful spot. The coffee is amazing, and we absolutely loved the food and the atmosphere. The staff and customers are incredibly friendly, making it a delightful place to start the day!
I know The People 's Kitchen isn 't a secret, but maybe because of the size of the place, I consider it one of the best kept secret breakfast spots in Bethlehem. I 've never been disappointed here, and if you want to be happy and full, get the bourbon banana pancakes you 'll thank me later.
Did I ever imagine I'd have mac and cheese for breakfast? No, but it was absolutely delicious! The staff was friendly, and you could tell they loved the food as much as we did. This place is definitely a hidden gem for unique breakfast options. We also enjoyed the French toast, which was fantastic!
