Mi Ranchito - Alliance

I dined at this restaurant multiple times during my time in Alliance for work. The food is excellent and the service is very friendly and fast. The Navaho Taco and Chimichanga chicken dishes are especially delicious. The Parra family has been serving delightful Mexican cuisine for generations, and they are a valuable asset to the community.

I have visited multiple Mi Ranchito locations, and this one is definitely my favorite. The food is delicious, although they could use some more staff. The employees are friendly, and the dishes taste like they are made from traditional family recipes. The portion sizes are so large that I usually have leftovers to take home.
