Dunkin' - Alton

After a terrible experience at another dunkins, I tossed my coffee and went here. The line was huge at the drive thru, but these people kept it moving so quickly!! The landscaping was beautiful, too!! It was a pleasure being there!! The employees were super friendly and very quick. Service: Take out

I recently moved to Alton and I've stopped several times (at least 15 times in the last three months)before work for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The people are nice enough but if I'm being totally honest the food is gross. The coffee usually tastes awful. I'm not even picky about it like some people are. I got a breakfast sandwich this morning and hand to source the egg was still frozen. My coffee taste like they ground up tires and sprinkled some turpentine in it. How can you not notice that the egg is frozen? I try not to leave bad reviews and I am a very understanding person, but EVERY SINGLE TIME I go it's always something. I've had enough of this so I personally will never go back. I do not recommend at all. There are hundreds of other dunks, it would behoove you to go to one of those.

Staff is incredibly rude. Past several orders have been messed up, drive through times are painfully slow, food is always cold/wrong. Avoid at all costs. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
