Mcdonald's - Alton

I went in to this McDonald’s with a friend and bought some food, everything was fine until a bunch of rude teenagers walked in and requested free food from one of there friends working, I had to wait 15 minutes in the lobby for my food while these kids got there’s in minutes with out even paying after I spent over 20 dollars.

All three sandwiches were perfectly constructed, like I've never seen, bravo! Bathroom clean dining room a bit messy but this place is busy. Music from kitchen conflicted with piped in music in dining room, not a good atmosphere to eat in.

Horrible experience after not going for a while.after yelling yhe order taker multiple times they just disregarded our request. Not one word out of the person who took our money $22 for w sandwiches 2 fries and 2 drinks which I didn't think was to bad but the sandwiches were just hap-hazardly thrown together very poor quality and service. I won't be back

Upon arrival, there were employees with their backs to the customers not acknowledging neither of their existence as a patron willing to spend money. Accidentally the girl turned around and noticed there was people standing there and was like oh after her in-depth conversation with her co-worker doing nothing staring at a screen. I then ordered two bacon McDoubles and a fountain soda. I go fill my soda up and with the time it took to get the order in I assumed I had enough time to go empty out some trash acquired from traveling over the road. I come back to the door and was locked out. I then went to the drive-thru and still 15 minutes later. No bacon, double cheeseburger. No acknowledgment. No apology. Sincere rudeness and the staff as well as management to accept their behavior as they are should be ashamed of themselves. I will let the right people know how they're establishment is being run.

I got in the bad habit of hitting up McDonald's when I was in a rush these past couple years. Golden arches signaled a quick pit stop for low quality, low cost food. Final straw....I ordered a Big Mac meal and substituted the drink for a coffee they said I could do this while ordering) and then got charged more for the coffee by almost as much as a coffee would have cost $0.17 shy). The big mac was smaller than before, and I paid $16 for a fast food meal that didn't come with a drink. Cherry on top is they're advertising $2 Big Mac sandwiches through the app. I don't want to encourage a world where we need an app for every single menial errand in the day, or being strong armed into that. In fairness their coffee is awesome, but the food sucked. This goes for all their locations , this is just that last one I've been to. I'll go anywhere else from now on, or decide to fast rather than eat this over priced garbage anymore.
