The New Taqueria La Tapatia - Alvin

I put in an order, and thought it was $30. My card then gets charged $50+.(which didn't make sense) After calculating all my food my total should have been no more than $39. Before our food was cooked and came out, I asked for a refund because the price wasn't matching up and they refused me. They ended up charging me an extra $15 stealing $15 from my card.

Excellent service and delicious food! I've sampled both their breakfast and daytime menu, and everything has been outstanding. I give it a perfect 10/10!

The food needs improvement, but it's honestly the bar that brings me back. It's a great spot to grab a drink, chill with a few friends and maybe grab something simple off the menu. The fajitas are typically pretty good.

Update: I wanted to revise my review! I went for dinner this time, and the odor was gone. Plus, the tortillas were fantastic—maybe they had just run out when I had visited for breakfast. Great experience overall!

Great place to go if you are craving dinner for breakfast. I love the american enchiladas and that is what I get for breakfast every time I go in. The wait staff is extremely friendly and I have never had a bad experience ever. It is a must try if you are ever in Alvin.
