After we all greeted our hearts, we were personally greeted by chef biagio and after the place they take the menus. He served us all night and served us with food and drink. drinks were made quite fleeting. the à la carté dishes were also picked up by him and, after a pleasant waiting period, served within an estimated 10 minutes all 25 people present, so that everyone could eat together in the round. here I found it good that the spaghetti blanco, so only cooked with water and otherwise nix that had ordered my 7-year-old enkelin, were brought first. next to us there were some other guests who were also served by the biagio itself. Nevertheless, attention was seen when a glass was empty and asked for the purpose of filling. After our group was only among themselves, as the other guests had already left and we constantly exchanged the seats for the mutual small talk, the demand was clear and we had to appeal to him if we wanted to drink something. but I don't want to be more papal than the papst, it was all in order and about satisfaction or whether it tasted, we were asked a few times, so I think 3.5 stars, rounded to 4, are reasonable. a few drinks that my wife and I have taken to us can still be completed: for example bitburger pils, 0.4 l, 3, €, alcohol-free weizen from the schlappeseppl, 3, €, very good espresso or cappuccino, 2, €, also a good grappa for 4,50 € was not missing. eat some appetizers, 2 suppen, pasta, pizza, various carvings, rag steaks and also fish dishes were present. something for everyone. I can't write about all the dishes and limit myself to a small selection that I also photographed. the pizzas had a nice crispy floor without thick edge, were well occupied and also really spiced. a large pizza mix for 8,50 € as an example with photo. No one had to do with it. the carvings were kept in pans and offered with pommes. my wife chose the gorgonzola schnitzel for 9, € (foto,) which she excellently wounded. not as thin as some other Italians, even the size was good. the pommes in all slightly thicker, not too dark browned, but crispy and bite-resistant. not too faded, but properly salted as it should be. after the many calorie of the last days it should be a bit easier with me. therefore I chose salmone à la chef (foto) for 15, €. à la chef turned out to be two lachsfilets with a creamy but not too fat and at the same time picnic sauce. brokkoli and croquettes (tk.) the salmon were on the spot, tender and with the sauce really good in taste. the broccoli vegetables were somewhat too soft to me and at the limit that it was not cooked. overall the proportion was not too big, but he came to me today. Also worth mentioning is the lappsteak with pfauen for 17, € (foto,) which one of me had broken on the tonge. order medium and get them perfect. the meat delicate, easy to cut, continuously pink as it pleases. among meat and fish dishes there was an additional salad with an edible oil dressing.
