Contribuer aux commentairesI wouldn’t normally post this one star but the last three times I’ve been here with mobile order they are waaaaaay late to it. Got here at the time the order was going to be ready and they said that it was “a few down the line” which is on average 20 mins behind. Happy to replace this one star if the service here changes but they just have not done anything to adjust to online ordering. If it continues like this they should just shut down mobile ordering instead of everything being so late.
Great food. Health conscious options. Good service.
All of the workers were goofing off and none of them were working on getting orders correct. We sat in the line for 45+ minutes. There were no clean tables to sit at because of the amount of dirty trays on them. The workers wouldn’t change gloves after touching avocado (an allergy) and proceeded to touch my other food. Workers were all drinking stuff near the food also. Very disgusting and disappointing. Other locations are a lot better.
The food is always great, my favorite is the Honey Bacon Club with a cup of Southwest Potatoe Green chili soup.
Absolutely ridiculous service. Ordered an online order just after opening, when I arrived they hadn’t even began working on my food (there were no other customers). Once I actually got my order, every single thing was incorrect. Wanted a turkey bacon avocado, I got crab bacon avocado. Asked for no pecans on my salad, due to allergies, had pecans on it. That’s not even the half of it. I get being flustered when there are a lot of people wanting different things, but when there’s nobody in there a … – show
