Waffle House - Americus

Sue Sue was extremely rude and her customer service was worse. She yelled at her coworkers in front of customers which was very unprofessional.

I was in town for a Basketball Tournament and wanted something to eat. I'm a huge fan of Waffle House, so I decided to stop in. Nan, Hannah and Dan were amazing. Nan was extremely nice and inviting. She has an amazing smile and great personality. Hannah prepared our meal to perfection. Everything was great! Dan, as the Manager, created a warm atmosphere that makes you want to come back. I will definitely be back when I'm in town. Thanks Nancia. Lol!

Is it appropriate for a staff to eat in front of customers? Someone was eating a sandwich during my visit on the cooking floor during my visit. I personally thought they should have eaten their food in private.
