Uncle Mo’s - Amman

I found this restaurant on Instagram and the photos were mouthwater! I liked their pasta being fresh so I decided to order directly the next day, unfortunately I could not go to the restaurant it itself, so I used their app to order beautiful idea btw, plus you earn points from ordering through the app.. but it became hot, and the taste was really nice! I was afraid that the pasta might be dry or not have enough sauce, but on the contrary it was so juicy, we tried creamy pesto, creamy truffles, and pink cream sauce called Virgin Rose, which was my favorite, the part is also more than enough, I could not complete my bucket. All in all it is delicious and recommended for Italian food lovers, but I think it is a little expensive. The best pasta in town, amazing staff very responsive and always smile on your face, they take care of the customers. I tried spicy arabbiata, truffle cream and thier potato balls are perfect. For everyone!

If you want a light dessert, you should try their mini-burets. It's really delicious and I loved the idea of a burger like Dessert. A must try.

I love the idea that we can have the pasta the way we want... they are very friendly and have a great app to order from also their pasta is too delicious
