Only one cashier was serving us, and she had mentioned to the customers before us that the store prioritizes quality of service over speed. While I agree with this policy, it would be more efficient to have additional cashiers available. Additionally, the cashier should have been informed privately, not in front of customers. This lack of professionalism is concerning.
There was a lack of staff at the restaurant. We were served by only one cashier who, before taking our order, informed the 9 customers in front of us that the store prioritizes quality of service over speed. While I agree with this policy, there should have been more cashiers on duty and the cashier should have been spoken to privately, not in front of the customers. This was a display of poor ethics.
No way should PF Chang's be ranked in the top 10! It's just too heavy and full of fat. Having it once every few years is already too much.
That to say resto fastfood that I always take for take out quick service staff indifferent to the customer no parking or almost and clean places is correct
