It was and is still best for Chinese veg and not veg meal and half meals. I personally love his soup.

Update as on 18th November 2021 This business outlet has been shut down for one year or more. Another shop opened at this point. Sad to see peeking hut shut down. This place offered good foods in the past. But now it has gone down because of new businesses opened close by. Competition is very stiff on Madan Mohan Malviya riad where other eatries are throbbing. But this place is still good to eat if you are moderate spender and little tight pocketed. Chilly chicken gravy or dry both are delicious though don't expect the chicken to be in the pure form but expect it to be blend of maida and chicken. Manchurian and fried rice are delicacy; rumali roti very tasty... Noodles, chowmin, spring roll or other Chinese stuff is great. Enjoy the exotic foods here. But the level of hygiene is not guaranteed.
