When he finally returned to our hotel, we discovered we were missing several items, including sauce, straws, napkins, and dessert that were part of our order. While these items weren’t critical, the overall experience was just disappointing. The pickup instructions did mention that it’s possible to collect your order through the drive-thru, and it would have been nice if the staff had at least informed him that while the order wasn’t ready, he would need to come inside once it was. We still love Arby’s; we just wish our experience had been better this time.
On September 29, 2022, around 1:54 PM, I ordered a meal through the drive-thru. While driving back to work and eating my food, I accidentally swallowed something sharp. Initially, I didn’t think much of it, but when I took another bite, I discovered a broken bread clip in the middle of my sandwich. I returned to the restaurant with the half-eaten sandwich, asked for a refund, and explained the situation. After showing the manager a picture of the clip, she called over two employees to discuss it. They feigned ignorance and offered their apologies. The manager issued my refund and extended apologies again while attempting to provide me with coupons. I declined the coupons and left after receiving my refund. Shortly after returning to work, I developed a sore throat, and hours later, my stomach began to hurt. I'm feeling unwell and hoping that the broken bread clip will pass through my system without issue. Accidents can happen, but the presence of a sharp object in someone's food is unacceptable and easily preventable. If a small child had consumed that, it could have led to a trip to the emergency room. I will update this review if I experience any further complications.
I have to say that Arby's deserves a place among the top fast food options in this city. Their menu is not only delicious but also very satisfying. They offer gyros and a fantastic chicken wrap that I highly recommend. Overall, their menu is impressive, and I'm looking forward to returning to sample more dishes. The customer service is excellent as well. I highly recommend it for a quick fast food fix!
I have to give credit to Arby's. I rode my bike through the drive-thru, and they took my order quickly. When I reached the window, it brought a smile to both my face and theirs. They even double-bagged everything, ensuring I could carry it safely. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, even with the lobby looking a bit damaged. Thank you to the staff for their great service!
I often express my gratitude to the staff for serving us hungry customers, and it seems they genuinely appreciate it. A simple "thank you" can go a long way for these workers, and I encourage everyone to try it. I understand that wait times can be longer now, but it's important not to take it out on the staff or the management. This issue is being felt nationwide; even my entire family has experienced similar situations, and it’s not just at fast food restaurants. If you find yourself impatient, consider making a sandwich at home instead of taking your frustration out on others. Yelling at yourself might help you feel better, but it won’t benefit anyone else around you. As for my experience, my food was prepared exactly as I ordered and was delivered in a timely manner. Arby’s remains one of my favorite fast food places!
