First time ordering from them. I used Grub hub and ordered it. I ordered their Mongolian Beef and Orange Chicken along with Some Chicken Chow Mein. Now I've had different style of Chicken Chow Mein and this one was just different in taste but once ya get used to the Pretzels in the Mixture it doesn't taste too bad but the Mongolian Beef was AMAZING and the Rice was Awesome. This being My first time ordering from them It was a Nice experience.
DON’T ORDER FROM HERE!!! We ordered, waited over an hour.. were then told it would be a few minutes more.. called back after 2 hours. Was then told “oh we are starting to cook your food.” Horrible service. Waste of time. Now hoping we even get our money back. Buyer-Beware. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner
Small and intimate Chinese restaurant. Friendly wait staff and wonderful food! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
First issue was time. Was told 25 minutes to pick up when we arrived the food wasn't ready. Then after asking apparently the food hadn't even been started. When paying they tried to charge an extra 20 dollars not sure why. So another 30 minutes later we got the food. Second issue the food. We ordered 2 house low mein and there was about a piece of each meat in total so it was mostly noodle and a barely flavored sauce. At nearly 17 dollars a piece the quantity didn't even cover the lack of quality. We also ordered the happy family and the same can be said for proteins as before. The only thing that was worth it was the egg rolls. No compensation could be asked since the front lady gave us the food and immediately went back to the kitchen. No apologies no offering to make up for the service. Really just wish Kenny's Kitchen was closer. So far that's the best Chinese food I've found in Anchorage.
