We arrived here for a coffee and break during a road trip with 2 small children, a lady that was taking orders called Rosana which I asked for Babychinos for the children declined quite rudely, when I made a comment that all Starbucks kindly make babychinos for children, she answered in an abrupt manner, not this Starbucks, you can order a normal cappuccino for them. I’m trying to understand in what circumstances she was happy to offer coffee as an alternative to a 4 year old, I appreciate the Starbucks might have been a little busy, but there is no need to be abrupt and borderline rude to customers. Being nice is free of charge, and it actually might make your day go by easier, as most people respond to nicemess with more niceness.
In this very dog-popular city, no dogs are allowed inside. You have a choice of sitting outside in the direct sunlight and heat, or going somewhere else. I'm somewhere else.
The restaurant is situated in a cozy location and has friendly staff. They offer a good selection of drinks to choose from.
The barista provided exceptional service and there are plenty of seats with charging points for customers to use their gadgets.
