It is particularly popular among the working crowd for its lunchtime thali offerings. I opted for the special fish thali which included kingfish rawa fry, tisryo, baby crabs, and fish ambotik. I also ordered a prawns rawa fry, which, paired with rice and tandoor roti, was more than enough to satisfy two people. The prices are fair considering the generous portions and quality of the food. The fish was fresh, all dishes were well-prepared, and the service was attentive. The only downside is the limited parking, as the restaurant is situated right next to the main road without designated parking spaces. Guests may encounter difficulties finding a spot for their car.
Situated on the main road, this small, no-frills eatery is a hidden gem for delicious Goan dishes, particularly thalis. It may be basic and old-fashioned, but the staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the flavors are fantastic.
This restaurant may be simple and unassuming, but they serve amazing seafood! The crab xec xec is the best I've ever tasted. The staff is very polite and friendly.
Located near Saturday night market Arpora, Starlight is a really nice place to grab a quick decent meal at a reasonable price. I tried their special kingfish thali, It was really nice. And service was very fast. Do give it a try if your looking to grab some nice Goan food.(kingfish is hidden under the roti)
One of the best place to have authentic Goan food so far. Every year I visit Goa and make sure to fulfill my seafood craving here. The staff is polite. Seafood are always fresh. Had chicken cafreal, kalamari masala, prawns masala, crab, chicken xacuti and there popular fish thali. Its the place where even Goan local like to eat. This place is also light on pocket compare to other shacks and restaurant around.
