Contribuer aux commentairesMy rating is based on the service from our waiter, we didnt order any gourmet seafood as we wanted ice cream from cool shack but they wernt open till We ended up ordering a light lunch instead. I wouldnt recommend allowing street sellers to sell their products while customers are eating.
Great local spot, we went times while visiting Apia. The fish was juicy and left us wanting more.
This restaurant in Samoa serves the best fish and chips I've ever had. The sashimi was also delicious. My only wish is that there was more fish included in the meal. Overall, still very tasty.
A staple place for inexpensive and well cooked fish meals and Samoan favourites Oka and Poke, when in stock. Pays to ask first. The mangey cats can be annoying. Ice cream and cheesecake bar also. Cheesecakes are large, although not to my liking as can be overly sugary/creamy. Good selection of ice creams.
We were seated outside, which was hot but bearable. There was no breeze or fans outside that evening. The fairy lights were nice though. Our server had limited English skills and seemed somewhat disinterested. The garlic bread baguette was stale, the grilled fish was overcooked and tough, but the salad that came with it was good and it was nicely presented. The fish and chips was tasty, as advertised. The bacon burger was good, and the okra dish was excellent and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, they were out of poké tonight, which was disappointing. Some drinks were also unavailable. Overall, a decent spot for affordable meals, but don't expect anything extraordinary. Kool Shack is also located at this venue, and I have reviewed it separately.
