I had the crab Rangoon and the Veitnamese crepe, both were all that I expected and more. The crepe was crispy and the fillings were flavorful, it was severed with lettuce and herbs to make into wraps. I can't wait to try some other item I saw around the dining room, lots of good looking food, and plenty of people that seemed very pleased with their food. I would and did recommend this place.
I love it. It's literally the best Thai in the valley...probably also the best food in the valley. Also, if you have dietary restrictions, this is your place. They easily accommodate gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian. (Peanut allergies should call ahead if considering, bc this is a Thai place.
Our first time and won 't be our last! We were determined to try the Pho, which was incredible, even if we needed a 'to go ' bowl. The spring rolls were a great appetizer and the Pad Kee Mao (I only did 3/4 on the spice level as it was my first time there) was EXTRAORDINARY! Will order the maximum spice the next time! Even the Saigon Lager was good. Conor was a great waiter and we will definitely be returning, but for dinner, again!
I have eaten here several times at lunch and was never disappointed with the food or the service. They are very good at explaining the menu which contains a wide variety of dishes.
The food is amazing, the atmosphere is beautiful the service is top notch! I highly recommend Basil Cafe! One of my favorites!
