2 consecutive orders with big problems. First order was wrong but they apologized and fixed it relatively quick so I let it go. The second order was places on... Lire plus 2 consecutive orders with big problems. First order was wrong but they apologized and fixed it relatively quick so I let it go. The second order was places on a Saturday night, they confirmed that they still deliver so I ordered 2 pizzas. The pizzas were never sent and they didn’t even call to let us know, by the time we realized that our out wasn’t coming, everything else was closed and we couldn’t order anything else. I called the next day to make a complaint, the person that answered was very rude right from the start, it was obvious that he did not want to be there, said that it “it happens and it’s not his fault”, he was very annoyed that I dared to call and complain after I didn’t receive the order. The pizza isn’t good enough to be worth this treatment. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone else. Very disappointing. I tried contacting them through facebook, there’s no was the owner knows the staff is treating the customers like this, bu they blocked me.
