The staff is excellent and goes above and beyond to assist guests. The restaurant is very well-maintained. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you for a pleasant experience!
Located directly on the beach, this restaurant offers everything right at your doorstep. The managers are courteous and speak softly. The beach beds provide a private and exclusive experience, making it feel like your own personal beach. The hospitality is outstanding. Suggestions for improvement include enhancing room cleanliness and upgrading bed linens. Adding a generator backup and yoga sessions would be great additions to further improve the experience.
We visited this restaurant for our final night in Mandrem and were seated at a table with a stunning ocean view. Our expectations were somewhat high as we had received recommendations for this place. We ordered the seafood salad, which we found to be much better at Junas 9, as well as the prawn cocktail and jumbo prawn tandoori. None of the dishes were exceptional, and we felt that the tandoori was extremely overpriced at 1200 rupees for just three prawns, rice, and veggies. We mentioned our disappointment to the waiter, who kindly offered us a complimentary banana split as a gesture of goodwill, although it was not exactly what we had come for.
I had the greatest time here. The staff are friendly and funny. Everything is done with a smile. The location is perfect and the view from our room was stunning. True paradise. The food is the best on mandrem beach 100 percent. I can’t wait...to come back next year
Stayed here for 5 nights in October in one of the beach huts. Room had everything i needed but it could do with changing floor covering as it looked as though someone had burned a hole in the rug. Cleaning was supposed to be every...day but wasn't. Having said that I wasn't too bothered by that as I'm sure someone would have attended to it if I'd asked. I had a problem with the shower when i first used it and someone came quickly ot fix it so can't fault the service for that. The place isn't easy to find from roadside as its down a small pathway and not signposted (next to spa place) but is easy to find from the beach as it has a good restaurant facing the sea. Food is great and bar staff are friendly. I can thoroughly recommend the muesli breakfast and paneer dishes. Sun beds shades on the beach were only just getting set up when I was there so some other places are better for sun bathing in early October.
