Taco Bell - Arcadia

Chew slowly and be careful. I have mixed feelings.. Taco Bell has been my favorite fast food restaurant for as long as I can remember. And while I still give my tacos 5 stars, unfortunately, a very thin and extremely sharp piece of metal was inside my taco. I was lucky I looked down right a the moment that I did and that it landed right in between bites. Had I bitten onto that needle, I would haven been hospitalized... weirdly enough, this will not stop me from ordering again in the future. But I am a bit traumatized.

Shot through the Drive thru at this location in Alhambra and took our food to go. Food was fresh and still warm enough to eat once we got home. I had the Grilled cheese burrito, my Lady had the 2 hardshell tacos, and our son had the taco pizza deal. At the end of the day, it was alright.

I got charged twice on my card . They refused to refund the additional charge and stated the manager is not in. They were not able to do anything ..

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION!!This location has way higher than normal prices on their food items by $2 or $3.They don't even have the cheap Chalupa cravings box. This also includes items on the KFC menu.Save your money and go elsewhere!!

Jackie (MGR) is an Asset to the company, she is excellent in customer service and her store is always clean and well managed! Her staff is very friendly and helpful. Great Job!
