The Burger Joint - Arcata

One of the best outdoor dining spots in Arcata! This isn't to say the indoor dining area isn't great as well; it features high ceilings and excellent ventilation. During the pandemic, it’s truly a fantastic place to eat and feel at ease. The burgers are delicious, whether you opt for chicken, veggie, or beef. Don’t miss out on their fries, and they offer an impressive selection of beer, apple wine, and regular wine. Head to the back to play a little cornhole and relax under one of the many pergolas.

I had the large veggie burger, and it was fantastic! This place offers a wide variety of options, all of which are delicious. The homemade sweet potato fries are a must-try!

The portion sizes are decent, and the food quality earns a solid B. The restaurant is very clean, and I appreciate the well-maintained, gender-neutral restroom. As a tip, the side of curly fries for just $3 is a great addition! The milkshakes are tasty, but at $8, they may be priced a bit high unless you're really craving one. Personally, I'd consider $6 a fair price at most. That said, they do offer generous servings, and they are very well made.

The burger was very tasty. the sweet potato frits were not as excellent as I expected, based on the reviews that are a scandal, because I would kill for a good sweet potato frit, but they were decent. the restaurant was very busy, so if I wasn't just unhappy with my timing, they expect a waiting time. it was also quite expensive, but not astronomic, and I was still happy with the meal.

Delicious burger and sweet potatoe fries. My meal was excellent although they always seem a little understaffed and my friends onion rings were burned.
