I'd consider myself a pretty decent bbq snob. The bride I bought today from 407 BBQ is the best bride I've ever eaten. Humidity level was not the charts, was just fork. But the bark was what she went home. Thanks 407 bbq!
We all have our favorite BBQ place It can be known for its ribs, brisket, chicken or sausage. We drove to Argyle to try for us 407 BBQ hands down the best in all categories and the pages OMG the smoked beans and potato salad are excellent. The Brisket Jalapeño Burger they sell until noon. You owe it to visit Bryan McLarty and his staff for a fast and excellent service. Bring a hammock to nap after you eat. In a food coma
Hey, 407 BBQ!! I just wanted to know we had six friends from New York. It's her first time in Texas and on the day one of her visits I brought 407BBQ. Hey, when in Texas, right?! They were ALL in Awe and could not believe the mixture of taste in your brisket and ribs. I deliberately put the bar high for her with Texas BBQ!! Thank you for being so incredible!! PS We just came back on four days so they could try your ham, pulled pork and (of course) 4 more pounds of brisket!!
I love my BBQ and that's the best I had. Drove the two hours to try them and will definitely go back. The ruin was on the spot, the brisket was perfect and the jalapeño cheddar sausage was great. In addition, Bryan and his employees Not like a customer, but like family!!!
I had been hearing good things about this place for a few months so we dropped in for a late lunch Saturday. I judge a place solely on this one thing because if you are going to sell barbecue in Texas, the brisket is the one thing that will make you or break you. The brisket at 407 is perfection! Perfect pull, beautiful bark, not dry at all, and served on butcher paper! No sauce needed!!!
