Contribuer aux commentairesI didn't just like it. In a country like Ariccia where pork and typical Roman dishes should be the basis, they were totally disappointing. Porcatta looked like an almost industrial product, the amatriciana idem, looked like a tomato paste. We dined in the cave, that as much as it can be “singular” to me did not like, dirty and obviously very humid. At the request of being able to dine in the dining room on the street floor, we are told that that that evening would remain closed; sin that once we went out, we checked and was fully operational. High prices for the quality offered. I don't think I'll be back.
Special dishes, tasty and meanwhile light.. a difficult mix to find! *I returned yesterday to Cueva for a second and quick and fabulous contour!! Peacock chops on the cliff with cicoria repassed and steak frilled 40 days with scarlet on the raisin, olives and pine nuts*
Discovered almost by chance, the room is small, but with sober and clean furnishings. Excellent dishes, especially the dishes of the day! Go back!
Local peak with few tables, very well maintained. It's not a fraschetta! Very professional room staff. Delicious food especially meat, cut at the moment, excellent cooking, very tender in short impeccable! Congratulations to all the staff I will definitely come back!! !
Beautiful discovery in the historic center of Ariccia. The dishes are special but really good, even the portions of the pasta are just, neither too abundant to bored nor gourmet. Even the bark with potatoes was very good, accompanied with the red wine of the sweet house. Precisely that it is possible to have all gluten free courses (but better to report it first, for safety): in photo gluten-free pasta with porcini, Parmesan and cheek. Good value for money and very kind staff
