Boston Market - Arlington

The food is okay or at least what I had. Ots is kind of old. It was the service that was so amazing. She was the sweetest young lady who loves her job. I'd go back to see her. Food: 4/5

Dirty af. Personal foods on the counter that aren't affiliated with Boston market. Cross contamination. You couldn't pay me to eat here. I changed my mind QUICKLY.

This is for the location of Boston Market on Little Rd just north of I20 in Arlington, Texas. I have used thus location with excellent results for a couple of years. I always order exactly the same item. Quarter chicken dark, with one piece of cornbread. Today a person I had never seen there before, gave me a tiny piece of chicken that is nowhere close to the Quarter I am used to getting with my order. When I questioned the serving size with full explanation, I was treated poorly. The reply included that the chickens are getting smaller . This is absurd. I was there 2 days ago and received the serving size as usual. Now the chickens are getting smaller ? I politely explained that this server was flat out wrong. I also defined the simple reality. I can 't compel this server to correct the issue. I can pass the word about the situation and of course, never go back to the location again. This is my response to the chickens are getting smaller . Eating was really just okay. At least mine. Now the young lady behind the register was so nice and friendly. Before we left, we went to her and told her that she was one of the best customer service personally, we just got amazing! Food: 4/5

They keep their posted hours of operation, unlike some of the other locations. My late husband loved their soup as it was easy for him to eat after chemo. Now my children ask for it when they don't feel good. I called ahead, it was ready and waiting. Staff here is so sweet. Doesn't matter that I live on thebwest side of Arlington, I'll ALWAYS come east to this one. Thank you for hard work, even in the late hours.
