The service at this location is atrocious and when management is made aware of continuing lackluster service, the best he'll do is offer a 10% discount on the next order. When asking to speak to any ownership he says there is none. Done going to this location until upper management/ ownership removes this guy from the location.
So it’s says y’all close at 10:00 why did y’all stop cooking at 9 and not have enough food to serve? why are y’all cleaning at 9:03 when it’s not even close to 10?
The best delivery in the history of delivery. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. You wrote me to let me know that my order was delayed by 7 minutes... Are you serious? If you're looking for the Panda bag, it's your place. If you are nearby, enjoy the advantage of this excellent service. Food: 4/5
Says they close online at 10. I came at 8:53, and they said they didn't have much because they'd close soon. Not even an hour to finish and they were from a lot of everything. They didn't want to do anymore, and she said they closed at 9:30
Went through the drive thru, the girl taking my order wasn't paying attention, had to repeat my order 4 times. I ask for sweet and sour sauce, without even looking she said I dont think we have that. Was told when I ordered that the chow mein would take 10 mins, which I said was fine, I paid and waited 20 mins, 10 of which my food was in a container already, and the girl was too busy putting away plastic ware to put my food in a bag and hand it to me. This is the absolute last time I will come to this Panda Express. It really isn't hard to just look around and see if you have the sauce I requested. At least pretend to vs just outright lying because you don't feel like working.
