Shawarma Press Arlington

I had very bad service around 7:00 pm at night when I ordered my food there was no one there, then it was full they gave everyone their order and I, who had arrived first, my order was not ready and they didn't know what it was. I had ordered, I got up to ask for my order again because I had already been waiting for 30 minutes, they gave me 2 shawarmas and it was not what I had ordered, they had not placed the potatoes, I showed him again what I had ordered exactly and I had to wait 15 more minutes Because they had given me someone else's order, the service was terrible.

The place is alone and it took more than 40 minutes with my order, they need to be faster.

The food was amazing! The only thing my friends and I could mention was how good the food was! Can not wait to try it again!!

The place looked ok, but it smells like a dirty truck stop bathroom.Food was ok. Flavorful but difficult to eat with the bathroom smell.Customer service is severely lacking. When we asked questions about an entree she just pointed to the menu on the counter. She kept repeating my husband 's order like she wanted him to change it. (More than 4 times) she just wanted to lean on the counter play on her phone. She kept forgetting to give me my water cup as I had to request it several times.

The wait time is long especially when there is no customers. The chicken in the very toasted bread is old, we cook in our houses and we know when the chicken is fresh or old. It is really very bad to start your morning as a restaurant serving old chicken to your customers. Not coming back for sure and not recommending .
