Seems a lot of these other reviews are outdated. So an updated review from yesterday to counter. I ordered what they are known for which was the garlic pork(I decided to get the spicy),It came on a bed of rice and a soft boiled egg. It was packed with flavor and was surprisingly filling. I suggest eating it with kimchi to really give it that extra bite. All for around $10, I highly recommend!
There were 4 strikes. 1: Employees were busy chatting and did not open the shop on time. 2: I ordered dine-in, but they served the food as a take out. 3: I made the first order of the day there, and only a few more customers came after me. So, not busy yet at all. When my order was ready, they did not make a call, and left my order on the counter and kept chatting. 4: On the wall of the take out bowl, they smeared foods and did not wipe it off. So every time I tried to eat, my hand got dirty. And they did not provide napkins either. So, I felt those employees took more seriously about their chatting than their own products nor customers. I need to point this out for new customers. My total score was 1 star.
This stall is definitely one of the overlooked ones at this cafeteria. Very curry sauces are always phenomenal and I have tried all of their pork options my favorite is the garlic pork belly. This time I got the fried chicken Karaage and it was pretty good over a large portion of rice and some pickled vegetables.
Mitsua’s greatest strength is the food court. The toughest decision is to pick which place to order from and then the dish from the place you are ordering from. The sutadon is their namesake dish from Sutadonya. It is amazing. I only wish I could eat more than half of it before getting full from rich entrees.
