Baja Fresh Mexican Grill

Unfortunately, everything was off during my visit. I ordered crispy fish tacos but ended up being charged for crispy tacos and received grilled ones instead. The salsas were not worthy of the name; they all lacked flavor. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I used to visit this restaurant frequently before the pandemic, and it always had a great vibe. After seeing that it had reopened, I decided to give it another try. When I arrived, there was just one young employee at the register and another in the kitchen. I had a few questions about how certain dishes were prepared due to my allergies, but the kid at the counter seemed annoyed by my inquiries and had a rather dismissive attitude. Shortly after, another young employee came in to start training, and I felt quite sorry for him working alongside the overly arrogant employee in charge. It struck me as unprofessional when the main employee began eating behind the counter in view of customers. Unfortunately, my food arrived cold and poorly wrapped, causing it to fall apart as soon as I tried to pick it up. Overall, this place has unfortunately declined rapidly, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money here!

I have dined at this location multiple times, and I find it to be larger and cleaner than some of the other locations I've visited. The food is good, fresh, and comes in generous portions. We usually eat on-site and enjoy the variety of salsa options available. The staff is generally friendly, but they can be a bit slow when it comes to processing orders, which sometimes leads to longer wait times than expected. There is a decent selection on the menu, so most people should be able to find something they like. Parking is typically easy to find and not an issue. I would definitely recommend this place.

Im not sure whats going on here! Have gone multiple times, lunch time dinner time etc and they are closed with no note on the door. Was excited to go yesterday and they were open. It was noon. Their app didnt work, the ice machine was broken, they were out of Steak and their signature salsa. I was told they had been out fir two weekswe could hear the employees talking that they were out of garbage bags? They no longer had tap to pay. We ordered two burritos and were the only ones in there. Second burrito was a plain bean and cheese burrito and wasnt ready until son had completely finished his. It wasnt even as good as remembered. Im not sure what is going on there but its not like it used to be...

The customer service was amazing the woman at the front/cashier. Very nice, good people skills, good attitude, genuine-like. She was out of this world how she handle the customers.The food on the other hand wasn’t really good. Meat is like a sponge(shrimp,beef, vegetarian, chicken), it soaks up everything it’s cooked with. In this case, the meat tasted like the grill was never clean. I would not believe you if you told me it was clean even a week or two ago. It wasn’t good. It was unfortunate because everything looked amazing. Everything seem fresh. I tried to eat around the meat but what the meat touched spoiled it all. I threw away most of it. Sad, but there’s nothing you can do, can’t remake it with out cleaning the grill.The eating area/tables were clean.
