Baja Fresh Mexican Grill

Im not sure whats going on here! Have gone multiple times, lunch time dinner time etc and they are closed with no note on the door. Was excited to go yesterday and they were open. It was noon. Their app didnt work, the ice machine was broken, they were out of Steak and their signature salsa. I was told they had been out fir two weekswe could hear the employees talking that they were out of garbage bags? They no longer had tap to pay. We ordered two burritos and were the only ones in there. Second burrito was a plain bean and cheese burrito and wasnt ready until son had completely finished his. It wasnt even as good as remembered. Im not sure what is going on there but its not like it used to be...

The customer service was amazing the woman at the front/cashier. Very nice, good people skills, good attitude, genuine-like. She was out of this world how she handle the customers.The food on the other hand wasn’t really good. Meat is like a sponge(shrimp,beef, vegetarian, chicken), it soaks up everything it’s cooked with. In this case, the meat tasted like the grill was never clean. I would not believe you if you told me it was clean even a week or two ago. It wasn’t good. It was unfortunate because everything looked amazing. Everything seem fresh. I tried to eat around the meat but what the meat touched spoiled it all. I threw away most of it. Sad, but there’s nothing you can do, can’t remake it with out cleaning the grill.The eating area/tables were clean.

Sad that other eateries similar to Baja Fresh are making it and BF is closing locations.

I Really love Baja fresh I mean I use to work there years ago but I was so disappointed. The cashier was really friendly and smiled the entire time. I was excited to eat there since it's been a while. The salsas we're halfway or almost empty,there was no ice in both machines but the server refilled it after I told her about it. We ordered the fajitas and the chicken was really dry and the beans n rice tasted salty. The shrimp was chewy and salty. Salt doesn't equal seasoned. I'm really not trying to be rude but the food just wasn't good. We wrapped it up and just gave it away. I didn't want to waste it. I tried to take the survey but it wouldn't allow me to so that's why I just did it here. Maybe try different seasonings. I wish the owner all the best of luck in the future. I wasn't able to respond back so I'll just add in We were there on 7/19/22 at 3:46 pm

So I expected this to not be half as good as it was. Delicious, way more than I could finish all for 15 dollars. The staff is the nicest, spoke with a young lady who was beyond helpful, wish I got her name.
