Because people are whiny about trivial little things and need to make a stink on google reviews instead of talking to the workers like adults! 5/5 to the staff...

Worse service and employees. They closed the door and let us not come inside on day time at 10:30pm.

Paid with the app for pick-up. Inside of the store was closed and was forced to wait in line for drive thru. Awful Tim Hortons, skip if you can.
