The Smiths Tavern

Cracking pub with excellently kept ales. The landlord and landlady are alright too. Well worth a visit!

This is undoubtedly the best pub in Ashbourne by far. If you're a fan of real ale, you won't find a better spot. Dave has truly transformed this place during his time at the Tavern.

We visited last year, and the beer was outstanding. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was fantastic.

They don't permit e-cigarettes here, so we won't be returning.
