This is a very popular spot to eat so get there early! The menu isn't too large which can be good if you're an indecisive person. They have a mix of healthy and southern comfort. You can find fried green tomatoes or pimento cheese on the menu. Come hungry because the biscuits are huge!
Biscuit Head was phenomenal. I had the Filthy Animal and it was so good. Fair warning, it's filling so if you're looking for a light breakfast, maybe opt for the plain biscuits and homemade jelly's.
We made a box stop in asheville. my friend likes the biscuit head and was very excited to go today. the place itself is super sweet and unique. my favorite is the full of cat art they have. When we ordered, I was surprised that we only had three things. I didn't think it would fill us up. but when it came out, it was huge. the fried green tomato biscuit was very good. it had a lot of aromas that worked together to compile the keks themselves. we shared the coconut potato bread. I had mixed feelings about trying it, but I'm really glad we did it! it was very good! it was sweet and again everything complicated the cookies well. my friend is mimosa fried chicken biscuit. the teig used in fried chicken had a very pleasant and sweet-germanic taste that really complimented the huh. it was refreshing in comparison to normal roasted chicken. we will come back to taste the sweetness and the other vegetarian gravitation. ps- there are many very funny and unique jams. get a simple cookie so they can taste them all! I liked the mango chili.
The line for a table on Sunday morning was quite long so we put in an order. it was finished in 15 minutes and not disappointed. I have the classic biscuit sandwich with fried greener tomaten than my side. the keks was fluffy and soft and tomato crispy. I would definitely go back when I'm back in asheville. they have a beautiful selection of unique jewelry (or jam not sure, the difference.)
