Petals & Pinecones - Atherton

Have been a few times as we live in the area. An eclectic mix of decor and art. There appears to be food for everyone, regardless of what your dietry requirements may be. Well priced. Nice little gift shop as well. Will be back in the near future.

The Atmosphere is very relaxing. There are lots of picture, quotes and photographs to look at, almost a modern vintage look. The service is generally quick, It is a cafe' where you walk up to the counter, order and then it is brought to you. the staff are generally enjoyable to talk to. The owner is absolutely lovely and also get in there and helps her staff. The menu has allot of different drinks to suit every diet type, but to be honest there is not a lot of food to choose from and the cakes are a bit expensive for there size, but they're always very enjoyable servings. They have their feature drink, 'The Creation Cones' and they are a very exciting thing for any age to get. Overall the presentation of staff, food, and the whole cafe' if very enjoyable and is easily the best and most popular cafe' on the Tablelands. It features to all age groups and is picture perfect.

Congratulations to the owners, what a great idea. Love to go to places with atmosphere and was truly blown away by this concept. Great food at good prices for families [ you can come back when it is reasonable]] service was good considering when we were there Sunday afternoon, they were totally full. Staff all smiling and helpful. Desert range was great and of course the Milkshake ideas just fantastic. What a way to spend a birthday afternoon with your family. High Tea sounds great and bringing my friends back up in a few weeks for this treat so Cairns people, please go when spending a day on the Tablelands, will not be sorry. Diane

Great coffee and eclectic foods. Avo smash and naughty and nice waffles. Hipster decor - don't be fooled by the small front door - as the doctor says, it is bigger on the inside.
