Alma Cocina Buckhead - Atlanta

Came in with no expectations and I was impressed with this resturant. The atmosphere and service were brilliant and just a nice place to have dinner. Though I have my reservations on the so called mole and steak. Not the best but everything else was wicked. Hence me giving this place only 4 stars. Desert, guac, salsa, and tostadas were wicked.

I was here for a women's group meeting and believe me I understand how annoying that can be for a restaurant. So let me start by saying each and every person involved with our group on the staffing at Alma Cocina was phenomenal, patient, helpful and professional. They helped us with technology set up, they patiently took drink orders as people arrived at different times and gave perfect recommendations for lunch. The food was all fantastic. I had a great time at Alma, everything was wonderful. The food is delicious, try the avocado salsa. The naranjarita was so good I had to have 4 of them. The staff is amazing, shout outs to Blake, Abby, Lane and Vanessa for making my night the best.

Holy Mole!!! Y?all, when I tell you I had to restrain myself from licking the plate, it?s not an exaggeration. Get the chicken mole. Get it and get it now. Extremely flavorful and actually authentic mole. The Mexican street corn is some of the best I?ve ever had. The empanadas literally melted in my mouth. Every bite from start to finish was divine. Gorgeous space with very friendly and attentive staff. Came for lunch and will definitely be returning for dinner service.

I really enjoyed this place. Food was delicious. The ambiance and the service was perfect. Went on a Friday night with a reservation( highly recommend to make one) Started off with spicy margaritas and some guacamole. Guacamole was very plain and had no seasoning to it. Although their street tacos and esquites was the best. Ended with tres leches with a coconut flavor to it which was amazing. Definitely coming back. They do parking validation to the terminus garage.
