Their burgers are the bomb! Probably about the best I have ever had. The cheese bites and sweet potatoes fries are excellent as well. Service has always been great since I found this little gem. If I'm correct, I believe they serve a selection of beers, IPA's and ales as well. If you want a great burger, don't pass this place up.
I appreciate the message of this restaurant, being the support of service men and women, but when you order a gluten free bun on something, and it’s not, it’s a big mistake. Even after repeating the order on the phone and in person before departure, it’s still wrong. I guess I have to check the order in the wrapper before leaving. The phone service is an immediate “please hold” with a dead silence of five minutes, yet the place had one party when we arrived and left with the order. When you pay $32 bucks for a few burgers, and you give a tip (not knowing they wrecked your toilet for the night), which is annoying. Can’t take that back lol. I’ll go again, but come on. Do a little better boys.
Eat local or go home! That 's my motto, cuz I 'd rather eat here coming home from Tahoe than the other chain. Simply put, the burgers are top notch, the staff has always been extremely friendly, got a good small variety of craft beer and they are pooch mega friendly. No brainier, this is the spot to eat coming down the hill and you 're supporting a locally owned business instead is a corporate chain.
One of my favorite burger joints in the region. My goto Burger is the jalapeño one. Make it a combo with the great onion rings.
