Kfc Auckland Airport International Terminal

We left the plane, and everything we could think was a hot meal at KFC and we were so disappointed that our chicken was almost cold, dry, tasted a bit burned as well as the chips and around it from the Koleslaw was almost out. Has a special order on the part of the chicken we wanted and paid additional price for it too. Just so disappointing.

At Auckland Airport, the male server was unprofessional and unprofessional. My mother ordered an evil box and tried to order a single piece of chicken to which the server replied that you order what is on the menu. For my knowledge you can order separate articles.... while she can order another male customer along and the server left my mother order and served the new customer. The only saving grass for this store was the manager. The manager apologized and offered a free meal that we rejected. The aim was to talk to the server and, if possible, provide more training.

Most depressive looking employees I've ever seen. The manager? walked with and talked a lot, did not seem to help the very busy employees

I am tired to pay full money for half the meals!!! I don't care if you're busy. Check the meal you pack is right. We have no time to go back there to correct our orders. The burger I got also looked like he was sitting there for hours. Pain

Drive-thru Eftpos was broken down. There was no sign up so we had to wait stuck I the line u till the people who had ordered got their order. Waste of time and gas.
