Domino's Pizza - Augusta

The folks that work at this Domino's are literally the nicest folks ever, exceeding standard expectations of service every single time. I've also not had any issues with our orders from this Domino's and there's been quite a few over the months now haha! Thank you Domino's 13th St team, you are greatly appreciated!!

Never had great service from this location, but recently placed an order at 9:30 PM.Thanks to the Pizza Tracker, I saw it was out of the oven at 9:50 PM. Then the driver was on the way. Great! I kept watching the tracker and saw him drive right past my building to the hospital, where he apparently was for the next ~90 minutes.I gave up and called and cancelled the order around 10:40. At 11:40 I got woken up by a call from the driver telling me he was here. I told him again that I'd cancelled it. Still waiting for my refund. Uninstalled the Dominos app.

I stay three streets away order on the regular the service is horrible they mess my food up multiple of times than don't fix it they take hours to fix it and they drivers timing is poor for it to be so close I just called I ordered a pepperoni and ground beef and ground beef and pineapple they bought me the same Pizza not what I ordered and then complain about fixing it and I order from them multiple times throughout the day being a loyal customer they aren't the franchise they need to be up before us they not respectful they're not genuine rude to customers and don't follow the book as far as the refund policy for a pizza I need better crew better drivers and new managers

Got home with my pizza and it was a bit over cooked around the edges.

I never had an issue with Domino’s but tonight my pizza wasn’t done in the middle and then I have a rude person on the phone that’s not willing to help. I’m at work and now I have nothing to eat this is ridiculous ?
