Worst experience in a red rooster ever. The young manger they had in was a joke instead of retossing the chicken for us. He threw away a 8pc sweet n sour pack. We paid for extra sauce yet they did not proved it. Then when asked they sprikled a lil on the top 3 bits of chicken and said here you go. When we went back again saying there is no sauce on the bottom ones. The young manger began to argue with us rasing his hands towards us. Telling us we were in the wrong. Not offering to put any more sauce on the bottom ones at all. I asked for them to put more sauce on or give me a full refund to which he refunded me my money. What ever happened to customer satisfaction. This young manger has a lot to learn. If you want a good meal from a nice red rooster drive to booval the staff are much more customers friendly. Will never be returing to this store after being treated in this way
