Casual restaurant. Very good portions. Halibut and chips were crispy, non-greasy. Fried Clams were good perfectly. Friendly staff. Free parking. Easy access. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$30–40

We ate here for lunch during Good Friday and there are 14 of us in a group. The chips/fries that they served us in all 14 plates are so hard and stale that you can’t even chew it even after you soak it in gravy. IT’S RIDICULOUS!!! I’ve complained to one of the server which seems to be the owner said “we made our food fresh here” Really!!! Looks like an old fries that you re-dipped it again in the fryer. I love Fish Chips but this is definitely the worst one I had. I’m really disappointed with the food and service. Never again in this place!

We called at 12:45pm to place an order for pick up at 6pm (its good Friday so we had to order earlish). The girl took my order over the phone and got my name and number.. I asked if we should pay over the phone or when we pick up she said when we pick up. We go to pick the order up and our order had been lost. We understand it's a busy day... no problem it's an hour late... cest le vie! We pay... $135 for 5 fish and chips (plus 15% tip)... we get the order home and 4 out of the 5 fishes aren't cooked and fries taste like they had been sitting out for hours. We call the restaurant... they ask us to bring the food back. We don't live in aurora and it's already 7:30... we are not coming back tonight will they offer a refund of sorts? No. A credit? No. Over all very negative experience. I dont complain often but this was just no good.

I ordered food and got the wrong dessert I was looking forward to something and didn’t get it then they forgot my tartar sauce with my fish it was plain I couldn’t even eat it I’m very disappointed very!
