O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Austell

The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. The atmosphere was beautiful, and the food was delicious—served hot, fresh, and flavorful. Our waitress was outstanding, though I can't recall her name; we had a wonderful time. If you enjoy steak, theirs is absolutely amazing—it's so tender it melts in your mouth and is bursting with delicious flavors. Wishing everyone a blessed day!

I dined with my family and a close work friend, Patrice (I hope I spelled her name correctly), and the experience was fantastic. From the moment I sat down until I left, the service was impeccable. Despite being very busy, Patrice managed to provide excellent attention to every table without missing a beat. If I'm ever in Austell, GA again, I will definitely seek her out. The food was also amazing!

I ordered the southern grass and surfing dish, and it was incredible. Dj and Dee provided exceptional service!

My family and I really enjoyed our dinner and our waitress ANIYAH was absolutely amazing! Your customer service was excellent! She brought our food fast, bread as soon as we sit down and I mean as soon as we sit down! I'm talking about that. I had no experience like tonight in a while! Aniyah H. was our waitress. She had excellent customer service. Also, the manager Dee was super friendly. She greeted us with a smile and made sure we were taken care of. We will be visiting the Austell location again.
