Contribuer aux commentairesI had a really good experience with these guys! Order and paid by the phone for a large order on a short term, and they had it ready for me, just the time I needed it. And of course the pizza was good.
Order on the app had to add two sauces for the price to meet for my delivery order to go through. Waited 2 and a half hours for my pizza left instructions so my pizza would be dropped off at my apartment door. The person who delivered my pizza did not come up to drop off my pizza made me come down and the extra sauce that I HADDD to pay for was not even included. I literally paid like 20 dollars for cold pizza that I for 2 and a half hours. I called to complain and ask for a discount but was told that these complaints did not meet the criteria for a discount. I am concerned what would meet the requirements. DO NOT ORDER HERE IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT
Check Wiggas, I am posting dis review almost 3 weeks later 'cause it be that bad and I be so pissed after what happened, I couldn 't see straight. But here it goes Dumb Ass Domnios on MLK. I let 's my fingers place an online order for a X Large pizza with Pepperoni, bacon, pineapple and Extra Mushroom on it. Said my grub be 35 minutes out. Finally da tracker say it be on it 's way at 1:03, Tell me my dumbass wasn 't waiting outside for it for another 30 minutes. Try it be 1 1/2 hours beofre I 's got it, and da place be right around da corner from my hen provider. It was cold when da driver finally showed up. I eve left da craka a nice tip when I prepaid I me **** wigga 's I have had ice cream that was warmer than dis pizza. When 's I finally gets it back to my desk and open it up, they 's like 12 pieces of mushroom on it. S 'mofo 's I asked for extra does yous not understand the English vernacular?. So just to drop a litte 4.1.1. on yall, the Craka 's and Crakette 's at dis Domino 's aint 's given 4 **** 's about you or yous food. Know What I be sayin '?
I 'm writing this on behalf of my brother, who is much too kind of a person to complain about anything. Yesterday, he 'd ordered 5 large pizzas to be delivered at 4:15 p.m. to his young daughter 's birthday party at Deep Eddy pool. He waited outside in the parking lot for 40 minutes, until I took over. I called Dominos to see what was going on. They just said it was on its way. When the delivery person finally arrived about 45 minutes late, he didn 't appear aware that anything was wrong. He handed me 5 tiny boxes of what he called medium pizzas. He did mention the tip my brother prepaid was *very* generous. I thought it was odd my brother ordered small pizzas, but when I brought them over, he said he 'd ordered large pizzas. (Yes, I saw the order confirmation. My brother was not happy at all but was just going to let it go. But not me. I called Dominos and spoke to someone who neither apologized nor sounded even a tiny bit sorry about the situation. I asked if we could at least be refunded the difference between the amount he paid for larges when he got mediums. I mentioned he 'd tipped well. I was told with a generous side of snarky that no, absolutely not. Our only options were: 1. Return the medium pizzas in absolute perfect, uneaten condition (so that they could be resold?? in exchange for the correct large pizzas. (And wait for another 1.5 hours for that to happen? 2. Get store credit for 50% off our next order. (Do you think there will be a next order? 3. Go to the store in person and request a manager and explain the situation and request a refund for the difference. (No. Lots of hungry kids and parents ate cupcakes before dinner because they were starving after swimming and waiting 45 minutes for it to arrive. (Also, awkward! I was flabbergasted by the lack of simple decency of this person and this establishment.
Absolutely terrible service made me wait well over 2 hours for a single pizza and ended up delivering to the wrong address. Do not order from here.
