Einstein Bros - Austin

Thanks y'all for replacing the cracked lid on my 4-year old Einstein Bagel coffee mug this morning, MUCH appreciated!!!! More vanilla hazelnut coffee for me to consume!!! :

I use to come here all the time for breakfast or lunch during my summer classes at the ACC. The parking lot can become a mess at times, so it was always easier to walk to. The orders always come out correct, some times they get behind though due to the high volume. But I always have a good experience there. I really like the pretzel dog, but of course it's probably a terrible choice for you health wise. But there are a good variety of options, breakfast, lunch and snack.

I know they are not authentic New York style bagels, but I don't care. I live in Texas and not New York. So maybe they have us beat on bagels, but we have them beat on wide-open spaces, fresh air, and bbq. But I digress...I like Eistein's bagels. Their bagels have a good amount of chew to them and their sandwiches are yummy. I particulalry like the Tasty Turkey on a Asiago Cheese bagel. It's salty, crunchy and fresh. Their shmears are delicious and it's much more fun to call it schmear than cream cheese spread. The honey almond shmear could change your whole day. I only wish they were open past 3pm. Who doesn't like bagels for dinner?

Great place for a quick breakfast on the go! Their bagels are wonderful and their staff is always very friendly!

Great Bagels Coffee! And the staff is always so friendly! I am so glad this place so so close to the office.
